Xynio’s support team will provide instructions for troubleshooting and diagnostics to determine the cause of the problem.
If issues cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, Xynio may approve the RMA and provide instructions for returning the product to the manufacturer.
Package needs to be carefully packed for shipping by following the return instructions. It is also necessary to insure the package in case of damage or loss during shipment.
Once our supplier/ manufacturer receives the product, they will inspect it and make the necessary repairs or provide a replacement if required.
Xynio will receive the repaired or replaced product from the manufacturer and ship it back to you.
